Catalogue of Serious Faults with New Persimmon Home

on:Described as a nightmare for the couple. Persimmon Homes faults and customer complaints seems typical to most conversations I have with customers of Persimmon and Charles Church, and experiences similar to these date back best part of a decade, yet still continue in 2009. Persimmon Homes needs to get quality and customer service into the agenda, rather than focussing on marketing and the ‘perception’ of quality that they talk about in internal newsletters to staff.

Someone should compile an extensive list of customer views on Persimmon Homes, Westbury Partnerships, Charles Church New Homes across the UK New Build Market Place.
