Patience, a lot of patience, seems a prerequisite when dealing with faults on a new home from Persimmon Homes or Charles Church. Waiting is a large part of the customer service and customer care offered with the new home, and the 2 year warranty, backed buy a further 10 year NHBC warranty.


Does it do any good complaining to Charles Church?

Seems not, the more you complain the worse they seem to treat you. We are left without useable features/rooms due to poor workmanship and multiple defects, and we are kept waiting that one day Charles Church may actually come to fix them.

How nice it would be for the leaks to be resolved.

And Charles Church continues to spend too little, whether time or money, on providing customer service to fix the many many faults/defects in our new home.
