Patience, Appears The Word With Persimmon Group plc Customer Service

Posted on: June 30, 2010

Patience, a lot of patience, seems a prerequisite when dealing with faults on a new home from Persimmon Homes or Charles Church. Waiting is a large part of the customer service and customer care offered with the new home, and the 2 year warranty, backed buy a further 10 year NHBC warranty.

Frustration is the first word I would use for describing Persimmon Homes customer care. Home owner services were very poor. The hassle to get things done, and especially to get them done right is absolutely unbelievable, you could never imagine how difficult they can make it. Once you’ve bought it’s too late. I wish you luck with your home.
